She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin with a focus on consumer services. With over 12 years of experience in the customer service and retention field, Dorothy is an expert in subscription cancellations, having helped thousands of customers exit unwanted plans and services. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, reading historical fiction novels, and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Marie Phillips
Marie Phillips

(Born January 8th, 1985 San Antonio, TX)

Marie is an author and expert at Quick Cancellation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.
